Invitation to Chinese Festival 2018

The annual Chinese Festival will be organized by Groningen Confucius Institute from 11:00 to 16:00 on Saturday 22 September 2018 in the atmospheric Chinese Garden of the Hortus botanicus Haren.

You are cordially invited to join us at the festival, when you can not only enjoy various Chinese cultural performances such as lion dance, Chinese operas, Chinese instrument performance, but also experience Chinese language and culture through a series of workshops, for instance, Chinese language for children and adults, Chinese Kung fu, paper cutting and tea ceremony.

Visitors pay the normal entrance fee of the Hortus Haren, and participation in the Chinese festival is free.
