GCI regularly organizes business event in the form of business seminars, discussion panels, meetings and so on. We are in close contact with some top universities and successful enterprises both in China and in the Netherlands, such as University of Groningen, University of Amsterdam, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Thanks to this, scholars, senior managers and entrepreneurs often join our event to share their insights and understanding of various business topics.

GCI Amsterdam Conference-China and the World After G20 (16/11/2016)
It was co-organized by GCI and Business School, University of Amsterdam. The conference included keynote speeches and panel discussion. Scholars, entrepreneurs and politician were invited both from china and the Netherlands to share their insights into the outcomes of Hangzhou G20 summit, of which the most important one was entrepreneurship and innovation. One Belt One Road Workshop-China’s Pivot Towards Europe (12/09/2016)
It was co-held by GCI and Centre for East Asia Studies Groningen (CEASG) in the University of Groningen. This workshop set out to critically evaluate the role of One Belt One Road (OBOR). 11 experts from top universities in China (Tsinghua University and Shanghai International Studies University), Korea (Pusan National University) and Netherlands (Groningen University and Leiden University) presented their findings from different angles.
